Comments: I moved my rig about 20 feet over to capture a different view from the top. It was amusing to look almost straight down and watch the tiny ant-like cars and people moving about. I could clearly see the Ahwannee and the short-term parking lot at ? meadow. The trail up to Glacier Point looked hellish from this angle. In the further distance I admired Half Dome and Cloud's Rest. No one disturbed my reverie and I reluctantly gathered my things together for the 4000 foot descent.
