Comments: I almost broke my neck here. I was standing on a rock poised to shoot my first shot and some tourists starting arriving down the path to this overlook. Distracted by whether they would enter the scene, I shifted slightly and lost my balance and started falling off the rock. However I had enough time to look down and see where to land and secondarily to grab the monopod I was holding and so I landed on my feet and had no damage to my camera. It easily could have resulted in far worse.
