Comments: This junction is a natural resting point for people coming up the hill from Jikoji Retreat pond. On this summery day there were many bikers and hikers and even some equestrians. Wildflowers in bloom along the trail included Buttercups, Wood Strawberries, Miner's Lettuce, Milkmaids, Redmaids, Hound's Tongue, and Shooting Stars. Checker Lilies seen about to bloom.
