Panorama of a hilltop above Segantini Hutte in Switzerland, St. Moritz area

Comments: The day dawned clear and beautiful. The ride up to Muottas Muragl went smoothly. Almost to Alp Languard there is a small restaurant off the trail. From here I went up a very steep trail to the hill above the Segantini Hutte. While a lot of people were hanging out at the Hutte drinking bier and eating wurst, I saw some odd formations off to the right and scrambled over to them. They turned out to be rock piles. In the distance you can see so many peaks besides the inviting Bernina massif (which is the snowy range to the right of the largest rockpile). I could have stayed here all day, but alas, had to go back down the mountain.
Viewing Options:
The panorama is presented much like all the free panoramas on my site, except it has more detail.   FullScreen VRs provide greater immersion in the scene. Instead of appearing inside a browser window, the VR is opened using the QuickTime Player. The panorama is then displayed the full width of your monitor, and all other windows are blacked out (temporarily). It's hard to describe how incredible the impact is, especially on a larger monitor. You still use your mouse to navigate around. When you are done looking at the scene, press the "esc" (or Escape) key and your normal desktop will return. (Click for more info on FullScreen mode)
