Engadine, Switzerland		Hilltop Above the Segantini Hutte; view of Piz Bernina and many alps	The rock monuments make this a compelling and sacred location. One of my favorite places in the world.
Chamonix, France		Aiguille du Midi nr1; with Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso, Monte Rosa, Matterhorn, Weishorn all visible	The snowy expanses, austere glaciers, and a horizon filled with shimmering mountain peaks was an experience I'll never forget.
Kings Canyon NP, California		Timberline Lake, John Muir Trail	Shot hurredly on the way to Guitar Lake, this sublime view of a alpine lake reflecting scattered sunlight on the rocks turned out to be an unexpected delight.
Eastern Sierra		Piute Lake, Eastern Sierra range	While waiting for my friends at the tail end of a 40+ mile backpack loop, I shot a 360 of this peaceful and pristine lake
Kings Canyon NP, California		Kearsarge Pass	Said to be the easiest pass on the east side of the High Sierra. Nearly 12,000 feet high.

Zion National Park, Utah		The Narrows	Seeing The Narrows requires walking in the river through waist-high water, and my tripod got soaked here.
