Virtual Parks FullScreen VRs

FullScreen VRs provide greater immersion in the scene. As a result, they are displayed differently than most VRs on my site. Instead of appearing inside a browser window, the VR is opened using the QuickTime Player. The panorama is then displayed the full width of your monitor, and all other windows are blacked out (temporarily). You still use your mouse to navigate around (making sure the pointer is over the scene), zoom in by using the Shift key, and zoom out with the Ctrl key. When you are done looking at the scene, press the "esc" (or Escape) key and your normal desktop will return.

Because the content is downloaded to the QuickTime Player, it doesn't appear as quickly. Depending on your network connection, there may be a delay of seconds to minutes before the QuickTime Player opens the panorama up on your screen.

If you have not seen a "fullscreen" panorama before and want to try one out before paying for a VR view, try this scene of Chesler Park (2.3MB) in Utah's Canyonlands for free.

If you do not enjoy viewing panoramas this way, then use the regular "View VR" choice on the Premium Content menu.
